The website and products offered under 16 Crowns are operated by EmiNi LLC, doing business as 16 Crowns. By visiting this website or purchasing from 16 Crowns, you agree to the terms and policies described below.

Orders

Due to the custom and creative nature of many 16 Crowns products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

All purchases are considered final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

16 Crowns currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched.


Custom Deck Orders

Custom card decks and commissioned products follow a structured process to ensure accuracy and quality.


Custom Deck Process

  1. Customer places the order and submits full payment.
     
  2. A consultation may be scheduled if needed to discuss project details.
     
  3. A design mock-up will be created and provided for review.
     
  4. The customer must review and approve the design.
     
  5. Once approval is received, production begins.
     

Production and delivery of custom decks may take approximately 7–14 business days after final design approval.

Production timelines may vary depending on order volume and complexity.


Design Proofs & Customer Approval

Design proofs are provided only after full payment has been received.

Proofs are provided so customers can review details such as:

  • spelling
     
  • images
     
  • layout
     
  • design elements
     

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs.

Approval must be provided in writing (such as by email or confirmation message) before production begins.


By approving the design proof, the customer confirms that:


  • all text, spelling, and submitted information are correct
     
  • all images are accurate and approved for use
     
  • the design reflects the requested concept
     
  • the product meets the agreed-upon specifications
     

Once approval has been given, the order will move into production and no further changes can be made.


Approval of the design proof confirms acceptance of the final design. Refunds will not be issued based on design preferences after approval.

Proof images remain the intellectual property of 16 Crowns and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the commissioned order.

Unauthorized use of design proofs or concepts may result in refusal of future service.


Creative Discretion

16 Crowns retains reasonable artistic discretion in executing approved design concepts.

While every effort will be made to follow the approved mockup, minor variations in color, printing, layout alignment, or production materials may occur during manufacturing.

These minor variations are considered normal production differences and do not qualify for refunds.

Customer-Provided Materials

Customers may provide photographs, names, dates, or other materials for use in custom products.


By submitting these materials, the customer confirms that:


  • they have permission to use the materials
     
  • the materials do not violate copyright or privacy rights
     
  • the materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party
     

16 Crowns is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted materials.


Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact ayo@16crowns.com within 3 days of delivery.


The email must include:


  • photos of the damaged item
     
  • photos of the packaging
     
  • the order number
     

Once the issue is reviewed, 16 Crowns will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or repair.


Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, written content, card layouts, and custom creations produced by 16 Crowns remain the intellectual property of EmiNi LLC / 16 Crowns unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of design rights.

Designs may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Portfolio & Marketing

16 Crowns may photograph or display completed custom work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes, including use on the website or social media. Sensitive personal images submitted by customers will always be treated respectfully. Customers who prefer their custom order remain private may request that their work not be displayed.


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order through this website, customers agree to the terms outlined in these policies.

Customers are encouraged to contact ayo@16crowns.com directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, 16 Crowns reserves the right to provide documentation including:


  • order confirmation
     
  • policy agreements
     
  • design proofs
     
  • customer approval communications
     

Submitting a chargeback after receiving an approved custom product may result in refusal of future service.

Spiritual & Metaphysical Disclaimer

Some products offered by 16 Crowns may incorporate spiritual symbolism, cultural traditions, or metaphysical themes.

These items are intended for personal reflection, cultural appreciation, and spiritual inspiration.

They are not intended as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no guarantees are made regarding personal outcomes.

Customers are responsible for how they choose to use any products purchased from 16 Crowns.


Limitation of Liability

16 Crowns and EmiNi LLC are not responsible for misuse of products purchased through this website.

By purchasing from this website, customers agree that products are used at their own discretion.
